Nick Efstratis has been a venture capitalist investing in early stage technology companies for the past 14 years. Nick worked in the Business Development Group at Excite and was a founding member of the management team of NetDocuments. Previous to focusing on the technology sector, Nick and his family founded and operated Ranchlife Adventures, a working cattle and guest ranch located in Montana. He has a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University. His M.B.A. is from the Marriott School at BYU.
Jack joined EPIC in 2014 and is a Director at the Fund. He focuses on healthcare investments with additional emphasis in enterprise security, unique data sets and the myriad applications of the colloquial “AI & ML”. Additionally, Jack co-leads the EPIC deal sourcing team and coordinates EPIC’s internship program with local universities. Jack joined EPIC from the M&A Finance Team at Cisco Systems in San Jose where he assisted in due diligence and portfolio management of companies in enterprise networking, enterprise security and IoT.
Misty Frost is a 25 year veteran of advertising and marketing. Most recently she served at the CMO of Instructure where she was responsible for all aspects of global and product brand development, demand creation and communications. Prior to Instructure, she ran the marketing services function for Datamark and ran advertising for other global brands such as Intel, Hyatt Hotels and Disney Vacation Club. Misty earned her bachelors in Anthropology from the University of Utah.
Jim is the Founder and CEO of Solutionreach, the pioneer and leader in SaaS-based patient relationship management solutions for healthcare. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, customer engagement, internet software solutions and healthcare expertise. Prior to founding Solutionreach, Jim was the VP of Sales and Customer Engagement at Ancestry.com.
Since Marketware’s inception, Ben has taken on several roles to support the growth of the company. His current and favorite role is leading the direction of our products. Ben enjoys uncovering new ways the Growth Suite can be utilized by our users and implementing those ideas in a way that our users will appreciate. He loves working with clients, spying on the competition, and filtering out the best ideas to send to the development team.
