Marketing Operations Manager

 

Marketware is looking for a collaborative and data-driven team member to support all aspects of our Salesforce & Hubspot configuration. This role will be responsible for aligning operations, processes, & data structures across Marketing & Sales to impact business metrics. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

 

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Continually optimize account & lead scoring, tracking & nurture incoming leads
  • Oversee the end-to-end process for lifecycle campaigns including target identification, campaign builds, documentation, & post-campaign reporting
  • Re-evaluate & optimize lead scoring, assignment rules, lifecycle funnel, etc.
  • Automate & improve data integrity & data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation & analysis, data cleaning and augmentation, account management, & lead processes between Hubspot & Salesforce
  • Handle requests for special reports, data, & sales tracking information
  • Own, optimize & integrate the marketing technology stack for optimal performance
  • Support marketing initiatives through process automation such as building email workflows and reporting on program performance (email engagement, new leads, pipeline & revenue generated/influenced)

 

Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 + years in marketing automation systems and process design in a B2B industry
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com reporting
  • Experience with marketing campaign analytics
  • Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized & detail-oriented, self-starter
  • Excellent communicator
  • Demonstrated experience in improving marketing processes
  • Ability to coordinate across various teams to effectively manage issues, activities & deliverables
  • Solutions-oriented. Ability to identify problems & recommend solutions to complex issues
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented
