Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, researching & fully understanding their region, guiding their SDR & BDR to help identify new business. Primary responsibility is closing new enterprise health systems & hospital accounts. You will provide valuable insights & expertise in to the industry by understanding the client’s business & showing the most impactful product with in the Marketware suite. This is a complex sales cycle with many vested parties, you will need to balance the key decision makers (C- Levels) while building a team of champions & end users on the back end. This role is for someone that can challenge & educate executives on a new way of thinking as health systems & hospitals will turn to you as a market expert. You will be demonstrating insights through Marketware’s suite of products, deep diving into market claims data & analytics.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop & expand key accounts
  • Work with SDR & BDR team to develop & build your pipeline
  • Close & hunt for new business within your assigned territory
  • Become an industry expert, learn & understand claims data & healthcare analytics
  • Navigate through health systems & hospitals targeting key decision makers
  • Build a strong case for ROI around market analytics & healthcare CRM
  • Identify client needs & position Marketware in a way that sets the relationship & project up for success, defining clear differences between us & any competitor
  • Identify opportunities to expand into additional functional orgs or business units, ability to strategically find ways to push Marketware adoption to other departments producing more vested interest in the sales cycle
  • Work with our customer success team to ensure maximum client satisfaction

 

Qualifications
  • 5+ years in an enterprise software sales role (SaaS, new business)
  • Experience in selling to hospitals & health systems through the SVP & C-level executive channels
  • Experience selling analytic, BI, & CRM software applications, suggested but not required
  • Proven track record of selling enterprise software with an average ARR of $200k+
  • Intellectual understanding of healthcare work flow as it relates to hospitals & health systems
  • Ability to articulate the business value of a solution while defending its technical viability
  • Passion for technology, & ability to speak comfortably about current trends related to healthcare & analytics
  • Data driven approach through organized sales process with dependable forecasting
  • Ability to run software presentations with deep dive into market analytics
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience creating customer quotes & RFP’s
