Account Development Manager

Marketware is looking for Account Development Managers (ADMs). Our ADM’s are responsible for a national territory to develop relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and health systems creating qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executive team.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate the value of the Marketware platform to decision makers and influencers to acquire qualified opportunities
  • Contact, qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails and social selling activity to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Keep Salesforce up to date with lead activity and qualification notes.
  • Adhere to lead qualification standards (budget, authority, need time frame)
  • Work with counterparts in sales to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed
  • Proactively provide closed-loop feedback on programs, messaging and processes to ensure continuous optimization and improvement
Position Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of outbound sales in B2B
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • An ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals in a systematic, process-driven sales environment
  • Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented
