Implementing a MarketWare System
Our
primary goal in working with you to implement a MarketWare system is to increase
your productivity by automating those parts of your relationship process that
can achieve the greatest benefit. As
a result, we have designed the following four step process to achieve that goal:
Step 1: Definition and Planning

The first phase in the implementation of MarketWare system is for us to meet with you to discuss your physician relationship managment process. We will work together to determine what parts of your current process can or should be automated.
For example, a typical challenge is the managment of resolution of phyisician issues and problems.
Another aspect of automating your relationship process is giving you the right information you require to manage an opportunity. This information is usually more than simple name, address, phone, etc. of a prospect. As a result, we will work with you to adapt our standard physician database to "customize" the database so that it captures all the information necessary for you to effectively manage each opportunity.
Step 2: MarketWare Database Customization
After we understand your physician relationship process and information needs, we will make any modifications to the standard physician database to match your facility's specific requirements.
Once we have completed the initial prototypes, we will email copies of the screens, etc. for your approval and refinement. Because we have developed a "Rapid Application Development" tool in conjunction with MarketWare, this part of the process is usually completed in just a couple of days.
Once you are comfortable with the database design, we will then put into production a live database, and schedule a date to come out to your offices to install, train, etc.
We will also work with you to import any existing data into this MarketWare database (We can capture information from your existing Creditialing software like MD Staff, etc.). We will also help you setup communications tools and synchronization scripts so that you can easily transfer and update data between remote users and your central database.
Step 3: Implementation and Training
As soon as your system is ready, we will come to your offices to install it and train your users and support staff. Training will be on-site so that your people can benefit from a hands-on experience using their own equipment and resources.
At the same time you can introduce to your users any changes or improvements to your existing relationship process as a result of implementing MarketWare, i.e., Physician Issue Management, etc.
Step 4: Technical and Training Support
