The main advantage MarketWare™ has over other physician relationship management systems is that we have been doing relationship management for over 20 years.

We use trained, and qualified consultants to implement a MarketWare™ system, whereas many software companies rely on outside Sales Reps, and Independent Value-Added Resellers. Our staff spends 100 percent of their time supporting only MarketWare™, and we're experts at what we do, whereas Independent Resellers are usually unable to become proficient on the systems they support.

Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, Florida

Memorial Hospital wanted to provide its Directors and Physician Relationship personnel with up-to-date information on what level of activity their physicians where providing to their facility. As a result, summary statistical data contained in their MediTech system is being downloaded into MarketWare on a regular basis (See below).

 


OutReach Services, HCA, Denver

Outreach Services coordinates remote clinicals and continuing education at facilities throughout the Mountain and Midwest States. Doctors present monthly classes, and clinicals on these various trips. We worked with this group to build a scheduling system to manage this process, and also to determine when it would be appropriate to add additional remote sites and/or classes. (See below).


IRL, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Although, IRL is sharing the Division-wide Physician Database, in the East Florida Division of HCA, they had unique information needs, above those of the hospital facilities, as a result, we built this window to accomodate those needs. (See below).
